Flydubai Cabin Crew Opportunity
Flydubai seeks dedicated individuals to serve as brand ambassadors for the airline and the city of Dubai. The cabin crew plays a vital role in ensuring passenger safety and delivering exceptional customer service. As a member of the flydubai cabin crew, the candidate will collaborate with a dynamic and multicultural team to provide a unique, safe, consistent, and reliable in-flight experience for a diverse clientele.
Role Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Minimum height of 158 cm, adhering to safety regulations.
- Maintains a well-groomed and professional appearance, aligning with flydubai's grooming standards.
- No visible tattoos are permitted while in uniform.
- Must hold a valid passport.
- Must be in good health and able to pass an aero medical examination.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Must demonstrate confidence in the water while wearing a flotation aid/life jacket.
- Willing to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
- Enthusiastic and proactive with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Respectful, adaptable, and willing to work in a multicultural team environment.
- Exhibits a safety-conscious attitude and the ability to respond to emergencies calmly and effectively.
- Must be willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- International aviation experience is an advantage.
- One year of experience in a customer service role, ideally within aviation, hospitality, or retail.
Training Bond:
- Approximately USD 2,650 for the first year.
Pay & Benefits:
- Monthly Basic salary + Housing allowance + Transportation allowance: Approximately USD 2,252.
- Variable Flying pay: Approximately USD 1,192 per month (based on an average of 90 flying hours).

ISR Requirements:
The candidate must read and comply with the company's ISR policies and diligently report any weaknesses or incidents to the respective line manager or the Information Security team. The candidate must also complete all required ISR awareness sessions and follow associated guidelines in day-to-day business operations.
