Key Responsibilities
- Upholding the highest standards of safety and security for all guests and crew, strictly adhering to aviation regulations and company protocols.
- Confidently and precisely conducting safety demonstrations, performing essential checks, and executing emergency procedures.
- Providing friendly, attentive, and professional onboard service throughout the flight.
- Assisting guests seamlessly during the boarding, inflight, and disembarkation phases of their journey.
- Responding with composure and effectiveness to guest inquiries, medical emergencies, and unforeseen circumstances.
- Expertly serving and selling a range of food, beverages, and onboard retail products.
- Maintaining impeccable cabin cleanliness, readiness, and presentation at all times.
- Exemplifying flyadeal's brand values and professionalism as a brand ambassador.
- Actively participating in recurrent training, safety drills, and continuous performance development programs.
Requirements for Application
- Possession of a minimum High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Fluent English proficiency (both spoken and written); proficiency in additional languages is considered a significant advantage.
- Minimum physical height of 160 cm.
- Minimum arm reach of 212 cm when standing on tiptoes.
- Successful compliance with flyadeal's established Body Mass Index (BMI) and medical standards.
- Ability to swim a distance of 50 meters unaided.
- Demonstrated physical fitness, with the capacity to perform all safety-related duties effectively.
- Absence of visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the cabin crew uniform.
- Adherence to professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Possession of a valid passport, granting eligibility to travel on all routes operated by flyadeal.
- Unwavering willingness to work flexible schedules, encompassing weekends, public holidays, and night duties.
- A strong customer-focused mindset complemented by a professional appearance and grooming.
- Prior experience in the hospitality or customer service sectors is advantageous.
