Summary and Responsibilities:

The SIC reports administratively to the Chief Pilot and operationally to the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) during flight. The SIC plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft, adhering strictly to all Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 135 and company procedures. Key responsibilities include:

Safe and efficient execution of domestic flight operations under Part 135 regulations, while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Strict adherence to all company procedural manuals.
Maintaining a current first-class medical certificate and immediately notifying the company of any medical condition that may impact flight duties.
Demonstrating exemplary professionalism and effectively coordinating and supporting the flight crew.
Providing courteous passenger service, including greeting, assisting with seating and luggage, conducting briefings, and addressing passenger needs.
Performing other duties as assigned.
