Second in Command (SIC) Pilot - flyExclusive – DOD SkillBridge Program

Summary and Responsibilities:

The SIC reports administratively to the Chief Pilot and operationally to the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) during flight. The SIC plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft, adhering strictly to all Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 135 and company procedures. Key responsibilities include:

• Safe and efficient execution of domestic flight operations under Part 135 regulations, while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
• Strict adherence to all company procedural manuals.
• Maintaining a current first-class medical certificate and immediately notifying the company of any medical condition that may impact flight duties.
• Demonstrating exemplary professionalism and effectively coordinating and supporting the flight crew.
• Providing courteous passenger service, including greeting, assisting with seating and luggage, conducting briefings, and addressing passenger needs.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
