Cabin Crew Opportunity at easyJet - Amsterdam Base

The Role:

As a Cabin Crew member at easyJet, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our passengers. This multifaceted role involves:

• Providing exceptional customer service: You will be the friendly face of easyJet, welcoming passengers, addressing their needs, and delivering a positive and inclusive experience.
• Maintaining safety and security: You will be responsible for adhering to all safety regulations, ensuring a secure environment for all passengers and crew members.
• Delivering a seamless onboard experience: You will ensure a smooth and efficient flight, attending to passengers' needs, providing information, and assisting with onboard services.

The Opportunity:

This role provides a dynamic and rewarding career path within easyJet. With the opportunity to progress to positions such as Cabin Manager or other cabin services roles, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative team, continuously expanding your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills: A minimum of 3 months' experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Fluent English: Fluency in written and verbal English is essential.
• Flexibility and adaptability: You will need to be able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, and adapt to a constantly changing environment.
• Commitment to safety: You will be required to pass a comprehensive EASA Cabin Crew medical assessment.
• Physical fitness: You must meet the following physical requirements:
  • Age 18 or over.
  • Height between 5'2" (157.5 cm) and 6'3" (190 cm) without shoes.
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided without stopping.
  • Ability to tread water and inflate a life jacket.
  • Ability to climb into a survival raft from the water.
  • Ability to fit into an aircraft jump seat.
• Availability: You must reside within a 90-minute commute to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.
