About the Role

easyJet is searching for experienced A320 Rated Co-Pilots to join our team on a permanent basis in various UK bases. As a valued member of our flight crew, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our modern fleet. Depending on your experience and flight hours, you will be ranked as Second Officer, First Officer, or Senior First Officer, working collaboratively with the Captain and cabin crew to deliver exceptional service.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is passionate about aviation and committed to upholding the highest safety and professionalism standards. In addition, they possess:

• A minimum of 500 flying hours on A320 family aircraft.
• Experience as a Commercial Passenger Co-Pilot on A320 family aircraft within the last 12 months (at the time of application).
• A valid A320 LPC upon joining.
• A UK CAA Licence (or the willingness and eligibility to convert).
• A UK CAA Class 1 Medical (or the willingness and eligibility to convert).
• Minimum ICAO Level 4 English proficiency.
• The right to live and work in the UK with unrestricted access across the UK, EEA, and easyJet network.
