The candidate should possess line release experience as a First Officer on type. This experience must have been acquired with a scheduled operator at the time of joining.
The ideal candidate will hold a current A320 rating. They must also possess a current Indian DGCA CPL or ATPL, FRTO, COP/RTR, IR, and Class I Medical certificate. Furthermore, candidates should demonstrate the ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language at a minimum of ICAO level 4. Licenses and medical certificates must be valid for a minimum of 3 months at the time of joining.
Candidates who are immediately available to join the company are preferred. Those holding a valid ATPL are also highly desired. Preference will be given to candidates not bound by a current employment contract with another operator or airline.
