Required Qualifications and Candidate Profile
airBaltic seeks professional and highly disciplined aviators who meet the following mandatory requirements:
- Possession of a valid EU FCL Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- Valid EASA Medical Certificate Class 1.
- Demonstrated proficiency in English, holding ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
- Minimum of 2,750 total hours of flight time in Commercial Air Transport (CAT) operations on modern jet or turboprop aircraft equipped with EFIS, FMA, and FMS systems.
- Minimum of 1,500 hours flown on CS25 certified aircraft (Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) greater than 5.7 tons).
- Must be able to provide a clean Criminal Record check.
