The Opportunity
The Senior First Officer will be an integral member of airBaltic's flight crew, operating the Airbus A220-300 aircraft in full adherence to the highest international safety standards and operational procedures. This full-time position, requiring shift work, is based at airBaltic Headquarters, offering a stimulating and rewarding career path with the clear objective of achieving Captain status within one year.
Compensation and Benefits
Annual Average Base Salary: 72,000 EUR gross (inclusive of 45 block hours per month).

Candidate Requirements
airBaltic seeks highly qualified individuals who possess the following essential qualifications and attributes:
- Valid EU FCL CPL or ATPL license.
- Current EASA Medical Class 1 certificate.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
- Minimum of 2,750 hours in Category A operations on modern aircraft equipped with EFIS, FMA, and FMS systems.
- Minimum of 1,500 hours on CS25 aircraft (Maximum Take-Off Weight > 5.7 tonnes).
- A clean Criminal Record.
- Demonstrated excellence in Crew Resource Management (CRM) and an unmatched level of professionalism, characterized by self-motivation and a steadfast commitment to the highest standards of safety and responsibility.
