Cabin Crew Member
This role entails ensuring the utmost safety of all passengers and crew members while delivering exceptional service to create a comfortable and welcoming onboard environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and maintain the safety of passengers and crew throughout all phases of flight.
- Provide high-quality service, attending to passenger needs and fostering a positive atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Must hold citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Minimum educational qualification of secondary and/or vocational education.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Kazakh, Russian, and English languages at a conversational level; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Maintain a presentable and professional appearance at all times.
- Possess excellent health, as required for the role.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, including communicativeness, empathy, and the ability to effectively interact with diverse individuals.
- Demonstrate resilience under pressure, adaptability to changing circumstances, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Prior experience in the service industry is desired, but not mandatory.
- Minimum height requirement: 170 cm for male applicants and 160 cm for female applicants.
