Responsibilities

Lead and oversee flight operations across all Company fleets, ensuring safe and efficient operational performance.

Ensure compliance with the Flight Operations Manual, operational procedures, and aviation safety standards.

Promote a strong safety culture, oversee investigation outcomes, and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.

Lead, develop, and mentor Fleet Managers, Base Captains, and flight crew.

Collaborate with Engineering, Training, Operations, and other support departments to ensure safe and efficient airline operations.
Requirements

Higher aviation education and a valid ATPL Licence.

Minimum of 5 years of flight operations experience, including leadership responsibilities.

Minimum of 1,000 flight hours as Pilot-in-Command.

Strong knowledge of ICAO, EASA, national aviation regulations, and Flight Operations standards.

English proficiency (ICAO English Level 4 or higher).

Excellent leadership, people management, and communication skills.
