The selected pilots will be integral to the successful operation and expansion of the client's modern Airbus A220-300 fleet. This significant command position is strategically based in Latvia.
Roster and Operational Benefits
The client recognizes the importance of balancing professional responsibilities with personal life, offering a suite of attractive and flexible roster options. Applicants may choose between Commuting, Fixed, or Flexible schedules:
- Commuting Roster: A desirable rotation of 13 days on duty followed by 10 days off duty.
- Fixed Roster: A consistent schedule providing 5 days on duty followed by 3 days off duty.
Essential Pilot Qualifications and Experience
Candidates applying for the A220-300 Captain position must rigorously meet the following minimum requirements, demonstrating extensive command experience on modern, multi-pilot aircraft:
- Possession of a current and valid EASA ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License).
- Hold a valid EASA Medical Certificate Class 1.
- Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4.
- A requisite minimum of 4,000 total flight hours accumulated during Commercial Air Transport (CAT) operations. This experience must have been gained on modern aircraft equipped with EFIS, FMA, and FMS systems.
- A minimum of 2,000 flight hours on a multi-pilot/multi-engine turbine airplane certified to CS-25 aircraft standards.
- A requisite minimum of 1,000 hours of verifiable Command experience achieved on a certified CS-25 aircraft.
