Job Profile: Pilot (m/f/d) - Cessna Citation XLS+
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Pilot to join our corporate flight operations. In this role, you will contribute to the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our corporate aircraft, ensuring an exceptional flight experience in a professional business aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities

Conducting flights safely, economically, and in full compliance with NCC (Non-Commercial Complex) regulations on the Cessna Citation XLS+ platform.

Executing comprehensive pre-flight and post-flight preparations.

Maintaining a professional, seamless, and responsible flight operation.

Ensuring adherence to all legal, operational, and safety-relevant protocols within the NCC framework.

Collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Representing the company with a professional, discreet, and service-oriented demeanor toward passengers and partners.

Managing administrative and organizational tasks required for daily flight operations.
Candidate Requirements

Possession of a valid ATPL(A) frozen or ATPL(A) license.

Valid Class 1 Medical and ME/IR rating.

Successfully completed MCC (Multi-Crew Cooperation) training.

Ideally, a valid Cessna Citation XLS/XLS+ Type Rating or comparable experience in business aviation.

Strong knowledge of aviation regulations; experience in NCC, corporate, or factory flight operations is preferred.

High level of responsibility, reliability, discretion, and a strong service-oriented mindset.

Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.

Willingness to work irregular hours and undertake professional travel as required.
