Flight Attendant / Cabin Crew Career Opportunity

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum age: 18 years.
  • Education: High school degree.
  • Language: Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Physical requirements: Ability to swim and an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Documentation: A valid passport with a minimum of 6 months of validity.
  • Legal: Right to live and work in the country of application without employer sponsorship. Specifically for Bosnia and Herzegovina: must hold a valid right to work (residence permits, such as work or student visas, are not accepted).
  • Residency: Must live or be prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base.
  • Appearance: No tattoos or piercings visible while wearing the company uniform.
  • Medical: Candidates requiring vision correction (glasses or contact lenses) with a prescription above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
  • Personal attributes: Enthusiastic personality with a strong aptitude for interpersonal engagement.
