About the Role
Wizz Air is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join its award-winning team as Cabin Crew. This exciting opportunity offers a unique workplace environment, involving travel and interaction with diverse passengers. This recruitment day is specifically for potential flight attendants based in Malta, but attendance is open to those interested in any Wizz Air Malta base. The event will take place on 24 September 2026, commencing sharply at 09:00 am at the Crowne Plaza Venice East, Quarto d’Altino by IHG.
Responsibilities

Prioritize passenger safety and customer care.

Execute on-board and ground duties in compliance with company policies.

Manage in-flight sales and handle cash transactions.

Provide a welcoming and supportive experience for passengers throughout their flight.

Contribute to a team of over 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.

Hold a high school degree.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Must possess a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity and the legal right to work in the country of application.

Must be able to swim.

Must reside or be willing to relocate within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base and be prepared to travel to work according to the schedule.

No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.

Enthusiastic and enjoy working with people.

Individuals with a prescription of above +4 or below -4 for glasses or contact lenses may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
