Recruitment Day Guidelines

• Applicants must register for the event in their preferred base to avoid rejection.
• All candidates will undergo a pre-screening process; results will be communicated via email.
• Attendees should be prepared for a process that may extend into the late afternoon.
• Please bring an updated CV in English with an attached ID photo.
• Candidates are responsible for organizing and funding their own travel to the recruitment event.
• Compliance with all listed requirements will be verified during the recruitment day.

Responsibilities

As a Wizz Air flight attendant, you will:

• Prioritize flight safety and exceptional customer service.
• Perform on-board and ground duties in compliance with company policies.
• Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
• Provide professional and welcoming assistance to passengers.
• Uphold company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
• Collaborate with a team of over 9,000 aviation professionals.

Candidate Requirements

• Aged 18 or older.
• Possess a valid passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.
• Must have the legal right to work in Bulgaria without employer sponsorship (EU Passport or EU Residence Card only; other permits are not accepted).
• Minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• High school diploma.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Basic swimming ability.
• Residency within 60 minutes of the base or willingness to relocate.
• No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
• Medical suitability: Candidates with vision prescriptions above +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
