Cabin Crew Recruitment Day – Larnaca Base

Location: Best Western Plus Larco Hotel, 10 Pontou Street, Larnaca, 6301, Cyprus.

Recruitment Day Guidelines

• Candidates must meet all listed requirements, as compliance will be verified during the event.
• Arrive punctually; the assessment process may continue until late afternoon.
• Bring an updated English CV with an attached ID photo.
• Candidates should apply specifically for their preferred base to avoid application rejection.
• All applicants will undergo a pre-screening process, with results communicated via email.
• Travel to the event must be arranged independently at the candidate's own expense. The company is not liable for travel-related costs, delays, or issues.

Role Responsibilities

• Maintain a focus on flight safety and professional customer care.
• Execute on-board and ground duties in compliance with company policies.
• Manage in-flight sales and handle cash transactions.
• Welcome passengers and provide assistance throughout the flight.
• Uphold company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
• Collaborate within a team of over 9,000 aviation professionals.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid passport (minimum 6 months remaining).
• Right to work in Cyprus without employer sponsorship (EU Passport, EU Residence Permit, or EU Residence Card only; work or student visas are not accepted).
• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Ability to reach 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• High school diploma.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Swimming ability.
• Living within, or willing to relocate within, 60 minutes of the base and prepared to commute according to work schedules.
• No tattoos or piercings visible while in uniform.
• Enthusiastic personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Medical suitability: Candidates requiring vision correction must have a prescription between -4 and +4 to pass the mandatory medical examination.
