Recruitment Day Guidelines

Role Responsibilities

Maintain a focus on flight safety and professional customer care.

Execute on-board and ground duties in compliance with company policies.

Manage in-flight sales and handle cash transactions.

Welcome passengers and provide assistance throughout the flight.

Candidate Requirements

Valid passport (minimum 6 months remaining).

Right to work in Cyprus without employer sponsorship (EU Passport, EU Residence Permit, or EU Residence Card only; work or student visas are not accepted).

Minimum age: 18 years.

Ability to reach 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.

High school diploma.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Swimming ability.

Living within, or willing to relocate within, 60 minutes of the base and prepared to commute according to work schedules.

No tattoos or piercings visible while in uniform.

Enthusiastic personality with strong interpersonal skills.

Medical suitability: Candidates requiring vision correction must have a prescription between -4 and +4 to pass the mandatory medical examination.
