Applicants are required to arrive on time and should anticipate the process lasting until the late afternoon. Candidates must bring an updated English CV with an attached ID photo. Please note that this event is specific to Wizz Air Malta; applicants interested in other bases within the network should attend a locally organized event.

Role Responsibilities

As a Wizz Air flight attendant, the selected candidates will:

  • Prioritize safety and provide exceptional customer care.
  • Perform on-board and ground duties in compliance with company policies.
  • Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
  • Welcome passengers and provide assistance throughout the flight.
  • Act in alignment with company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
  • Collaborate within a team of over 5,000 aviation professionals.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum age: 18 years.
  • Must possess a minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • High school degree.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Valid passport (minimum 6-month validity) without limitations and the legal right to work in the country of application.
  • Proficiency in swimming.
  • Must reside or be prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base.
  • No tattoos or piercings visible while wearing the company uniform.
  • Enthusiastic personality with a passion for people-oriented work.
  • Note: Candidates requiring glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 may not meet mandatory medical examination standards.
