Cabin Crew Recruitment – Sofia Base

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritize passenger safety and provide exceptional customer care.
  • Execute on-board and ground duties in accordance with company policies.
  • Manage in-flight sales and cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain a welcoming demeanor and assist passengers throughout the flight.
  • Uphold company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Hold a valid passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.
  • Right to work in Bulgaria without employer sponsorship (EU Passport or EU Residence Card; other permits are not accepted).
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Ability to swim.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Must live or be prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of the base.
  • No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
  • Medical suitability: If wearing glasses or contact lenses, the prescription must be between +4 and -4.
