Role Responsibilities

  • Prioritize passenger safety and deliver exceptional customer care.
  • Execute ground and in-flight duties in strict compliance with company policies.
  • Manage in-flight sales and financial transactions efficiently.
  • Provide a welcoming experience and offer assistance to passengers throughout the flight.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum age: 18 years.
  • Education: High school degree.
  • Language: Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Documentation: Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and the legal right to work in Bulgaria without employer sponsorship (EU Passport or EU Residence Card only).
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to swim; reach an arm height of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Health: Prescription glasses or contact lenses must be within the range of +4 to -4 to pass the mandatory medical examination.
  • Appearance: No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the standard uniform.
  • Residency: Must live or be prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of the Varna base.
  • Personal attributes: Enthusiastic, customer-focused, and capable of professional interaction with diverse groups.
