Candidate Requirements

Minimum age: 18 years.

Education: High school degree.

Language: Fluent in written and spoken English.

Documentation: Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and the legal right to work in Bulgaria without employer sponsorship (EU Passport or EU Residence Card only).

Physical Requirements: Ability to swim; reach an arm height of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.

Health: Prescription glasses or contact lenses must be within the range of +4 to -4 to pass the mandatory medical examination.

Appearance: No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the standard uniform.

Residency: Must live or be prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of the Varna base.
