Candidate Requirements

Minimum age: 18 years.

Education: High school degree.

Language proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English.

Physical requirements: Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes; ability to swim.

Documentation: Valid passport (minimum 6 months remaining); legal right to live and work in the country of application without employer sponsorship (EU Passport or EU Residence Card required; other permits are not accepted).

Personal standards: No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the uniform.

Medical: Candidates with glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.

Logistics: Willingness to reside within 60 minutes of the chosen base.
