Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of 500 flight hours from previous airline experience.
  • Possession of a Moldovan passport or valid legal authorization to live and work in Moldova.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Physical capability to reach 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Completion of a Baccalaureat degree.
  • Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Proven swimming proficiency.
  • Residence within a 60-minute commute of the Chisinau base, or readiness to relocate accordingly.
  • Absence of tattoos or piercings visible while in uniform.
  • An enthusiastic, people-oriented professional demeanor.
