Recruitment Day Guidelines

• Review all requirements thoroughly; compliance will be verified during the recruitment event.
• Arrive punctually; the process may extend until the late afternoon.
• Submit an updated English CV featuring an ID-style photograph.
• Apply specifically for your preferred base; applications for incorrect bases may be rejected.
• All applicants will undergo a mandatory pre-screening process, with results communicated via email.
• Travel to the event must be organized independently at the candidate's own expense. The company assumes no liability for travel-related costs or disruptions.

• Prioritize passenger safety while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Perform all on-board and ground duties in accordance with company policies.
• Manage in-flight sales and cash handling procedures.
• Assist passengers throughout the flight with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Uphold company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
• Collaborate within a diverse team of over 9,000 aviation professionals.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.
• Legal right to work in Bulgaria without employer sponsorship (EU Passport or EU Residence Card only; other residence permits are not accepted).
• Minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Minimum education: High school degree.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Must be able to swim.
• Willingness to live within 60 minutes of the assigned base.
• No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the company uniform.
• Medical suitability: Candidates requiring glasses or contact lenses must have a prescription between -4 and +4 to pass the mandatory medical examination.
