Recruitment Day Guidelines

Prioritize passenger safety while delivering exceptional customer service.

Perform all on-board and ground duties in accordance with company policies.

Manage in-flight sales and cash handling procedures.

Assist passengers throughout the flight with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Collaborate within a diverse team of over 9,000 aviation professionals.
Candidate Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Possess a valid passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.

Legal right to work in Bulgaria without employer sponsorship (EU Passport or EU Residence Card only; other residence permits are not accepted).

Minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.

Minimum education: High school degree.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Must be able to swim.

Willingness to live within 60 minutes of the assigned base.

No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the company uniform.

Medical suitability: Candidates requiring glasses or contact lenses must have a prescription between -4 and +4 to pass the mandatory medical examination.
