Cabin Crew Recruitment Day – Skopje

The company is seeking energetic and motivated candidates to join its award-winning cabin crew team. Successful applicants will be responsible for providing exceptional safety and customer service in a dynamic aviation environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a primary focus on flight safety and passenger care.
  • Perform onboard and ground duties in full compliance with company policies.
  • Manage in-flight sales and cash handling procedures.
  • Provide a welcoming experience and support for all passengers.
  • Uphold company values, including dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
  • Contribute to a team of over 9,000 aviation professionals.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High school degree.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Right to work in North Macedonia without employer sponsorship (residence permits for work or study are not accepted).
  • Valid passport with at least 6 months remaining validity.
  • Ability to swim.
  • Minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Reside or be prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of the Skopje base.
  • No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
  • Medical suitability: Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with prescriptions above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.

  • Please arrive punctually; the process may extend into the late afternoon.
  • Bring an updated English CV featuring an ID photo.
