Candidate Requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Hold a valid passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.
• Possess the legal right to work in Bulgaria without employer sponsorship (EU Passport or EU Residence Card only; other residence permits are not accepted).
• Minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Completed high school education.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient swimming ability.
• Reside or willing to relocate within 60 minutes of the Varna base.
• No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
• Medical eligibility: Prescription glasses or contact lenses must be within the range of +4 to -4.
