Overview

Responsibilities

Maintain a primary focus on flight safety and exceptional customer service.

Execute all on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies.

Manage in-flight sales and cash handling processes.

Assist and welcome passengers throughout the flight.

Uphold the core company values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.

Collaborate with a diverse team of over 9,000 aviation professionals.
Candidate Requirements

Must be aged 18 or older.

Must possess a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) without limitations.

Right to work in Bulgaria is mandatory (EU Passport or EU Residence Card only; work or student permits are not accepted).

Must be able to swim.

Minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.

Minimum high school degree.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Must live or be prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of the Varna base.

No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the cabin crew uniform.

Medical standards: Must not require glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4.

Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for working with people.
