Overview

Responsibilities

• Maintain a primary focus on flight safety and exceptional customer service.
• Execute all on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies.
• Manage in-flight sales and cash handling processes.
• Assist and welcome passengers throughout the flight.
• Uphold the core company values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of over 9,000 aviation professionals.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be aged 18 or older.
• Must possess a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) without limitations.
• Right to work in Bulgaria is mandatory (EU Passport or EU Residence Card only; work or student permits are not accepted).
• Must be able to swim.
• Minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Minimum high school degree.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Must live or be prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of the Varna base.
• No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the cabin crew uniform.
• Medical standards: Must not require glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4.
• Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for working with people.

Recruitment Event Guidelines

• Candidates must apply for the event specific to their preferred base.

• Bring an updated English CV featuring an ID photo.
• The recruitment process may extend into the late afternoon.
• Travel to the event is the sole responsibility of the candidate and is organized at their own expense.
