Cabin Crew Recruitment – Belgrade Base

Recruitment Event Details

Location: Jump Inn Hotel, Koče Popovića 2a, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia.

  • Manage in-flight sales and cash handling processes.
  • Provide professional assistance to passengers throughout their journey.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Possess a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity.
  • Must have the right to work in Serbia without employer sponsorship (residence permits for work/study are not accepted).
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in swimming.
  • Residency or willingness to relocate within a 60-minute commute of the assigned base.
  • No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
  • Medical suitability: Candidates with vision prescriptions above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.

Recruitment Process Information

  • Attendance must be punctual; the selection process may last until late afternoon.
  • Candidates must bring an updated English CV with an ID photo.

  • All candidates will undergo a pre-screening process.
  • Travel to the event is the sole responsibility of the candidate at their own expense.
