Role Overview
We are seeking energetic, positive, and motivated individuals to join our award-winning cabin crew team. Successful candidates will focus on safety and customer service, performing both ground and in-flight duties in accordance with company policies and values, including integrity, inclusivity, and dedication.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain high standards of safety and passenger care.

Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.

Provide exceptional passenger service throughout all phases of flight.

Act as a brand ambassador in line with company values.
Candidate Requirements

Minimum age: 18 years.

Must possess the right to work in Bosnia and Herzegovina without employer sponsorship (residence permits for work or study are not accepted).

Valid passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.

Minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.

High school degree or equivalent.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Swimming proficiency.

Must live or be prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of the Tuzla base.

No visible tattoos or piercings when in uniform.

Medical suitability: Candidates wearing glasses/contact lenses with a prescription outside the range of +4 to -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
