Recruitment Day Guidelines

Applicants must meet all specified requirements, as compliance will be verified during the event.

Attendees should arrive on time and be prepared for a selection process that may last until the late afternoon.

Candidates are required to bring an updated English CV with an ID photo.

Travel arrangements to the event are the sole responsibility of the candidate, including all associated costs.

Prioritize passenger safety and provide exceptional customer care.

Perform onboard and ground duties in strict accordance with company policies.

Manage in-flight sales and cash handling procedures.

Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and assist passengers throughout their journey.

Candidate Requirements

Must be aged 18 or older.

Possess a valid passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.

Must have the legal right to live and work in Bulgaria without employer sponsorship (EU Passport or EU Residence Card only; other permits are not accepted).

Minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.

Hold a high school degree.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Must be able to swim.

Able to live within 60 minutes of the base and reach it in accordance with work scheduling.

No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the company uniform.

Candidates wearing prescription glasses or contact lenses must have a prescription between -4 and +4 to pass the mandatory medical examination.
