Candidate Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years.

Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.

Minimum of a high school degree/GCSE equivalent.

Fluency in written and spoken English.

Valid passport with at least 6 months remaining validity.

Proven swimming ability.

Legal right to live and work in the UK (British passport, Visa, or relevant Settlement Status).

Residency or willingness to relocate within 90 minutes of the chosen base.

No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the official uniform.

Medical eligibility: Prescription eyewear must be within the range of +4 to -4.

Must be able to obtain a Schengen Visa if applicable.
Recruitment Day Instructions
