Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Minimum of a high school degree/GCSE equivalent.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Valid passport with at least 6 months remaining validity.
  • Proven swimming ability.
  • Legal right to live and work in the UK (British passport, Visa, or relevant Settlement Status).
  • Residency or willingness to relocate within 90 minutes of the chosen base.
  • No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the official uniform.
  • Medical eligibility: Prescription eyewear must be within the range of +4 to -4.
  • Must be able to obtain a Schengen Visa if applicable.

Recruitment Day Instructions

Candidates must register to attend. All applicants will undergo a pre-screening phone call; failure to participate may result in deferral to a future event. Please arrive punctually as the process may continue until late afternoon.

  • Passport and relevant Right to Work documentation (Visa/Settlement Status).
