Recruitment Process

Preparation Requirements

Candidates are expected to arrive on time for an event that may last until late afternoon. Please bring the following items:

  • Updated English CV with an ID photo.
  • Valid passport.
  • Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status Share Code (where applicable).
  • Dress Code: Smart business attire (e.g., suit, pencil skirt, shirt, blazer). Professional hair, makeup, and accessories are expected. Please avoid jeans, short skirts, or an untidy appearance.

Role Responsibilities

As a Cabin Crew member, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.
  • Performing in-flight and ground duties in compliance with company policies.
  • Managing in-flight sales and cash handling.
  • Providing friendly assistance to passengers throughout their journey.
  • Upholding company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
  • Participating in comprehensive training (contracted and paid from day one).

Candidate Criteria

  • Minimum age: 18 years.
  • Minimum arm reach: 210 cm (standing on tiptoes).
  • Education: Minimum high school degree, GCSE, or equivalent.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Valid, unrestricted passport (minimum 6 months validity).
  • Swimming ability.
  • Legal right to live and work in the UK.
  • Residency requirement: Ability to relocate or live within 90 minutes of your chosen base.
  • Appearance: No visible tattoos or piercings when in uniform.
  • Medical standards: Must be able to pass a mandatory medical examination (Note: Vision prescription above +4 or below -4 may affect suitability).
  • Ability to obtain a Schengen Visa, if applicable.
