Preparation Requirements

Role Responsibilities
As a Cabin Crew member, you will be responsible for the following:

Maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.

Performing in-flight and ground duties in compliance with company policies.

Managing in-flight sales and cash handling.
-
Providing friendly assistance to passengers throughout their journey.

Upholding company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.

Participating in comprehensive training (contracted and paid from day one).
Candidate Criteria

Minimum age: 18 years.
-
Minimum arm reach: 210 cm (standing on tiptoes).

Education: Minimum high school degree, GCSE, or equivalent.

Fluency in English (written and spoken).
-
Valid, unrestricted passport (minimum 6 months validity).
-
Swimming ability.
-
Legal right to live and work in the UK.

Residency requirement: Ability to relocate or live within 90 minutes of your chosen base.

Appearance: No visible tattoos or piercings when in uniform.

Medical standards: Must be able to pass a mandatory medical examination (Note: Vision prescription above +4 or below -4 may affect suitability).

Ability to obtain a Schengen Visa, if applicable.
