Recruitment Day Details
Candidates are advised to review the following requirements, as compliance will be assessed during the event. Punctuality is essential, and the process may extend until late afternoon. Applicants must bring an updated English CV with an ID photo. Participation is open for applications to Wizz Air Malta bases; for other Wizz Air network bases, local recruitment events should be attended.
Responsibilities
- Focus on safety and customer care.
- Perform on-board and ground duties in compliance with Company policies.
- Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
- Welcome and assist passengers during flights.
- Act in accordance with company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, integrity.
- Contribute to a team of aviation professionals.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- High school degree.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity) and the legal right to work in the country of application.
- Ability to swim.
- Residency or readiness to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base, accommodating work schedules.
- No visible tattoos or piercings when in uniform.
- Enthusiastic personality with a strong aptitude for working with people.
- Note: Spectacle or contact lens wearers with a prescription exceeding +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
