Candidates are advised to apply for their preferred base. All applicants will undergo pre-screening, with results communicated via email. Candidates are responsible for their own travel arrangements to the recruitment event.
Cabin Crew Responsibilities
- Ensure passenger safety and provide excellent customer care.
- Perform on-board and ground duties in compliance with company policies.
- Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
- Welcome and assist passengers during flights.
- Uphold company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Become part of a large team of aviation enthusiasts.
Requirements
- A valid passport with a minimum of 6 months' validity and no limitations.
- The right to work in Bulgaria without employer sponsorship (e.g., EU Residence Card, EU Passport). Other residence permits (Work, Student) are not accepted.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- High school degree.
- The legal right to live and work in the country of application.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Ability to swim.
- Living within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base or readiness to relocate.
- No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
- An enthusiastic personality with a passion for working with people.
- Spectacle or contact lens wearers with prescriptions above +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
