Key Responsibilities

Prioritize passenger safety and provide exceptional customer service.

Perform all onboard and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies.

Manage in-flight sales and cash handling procedures.

Welcome passengers and provide assistance throughout the duration of the flight.

Uphold the company values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
Candidate Requirements

Minimum 18 years of age.
-
High school degree or equivalent.
-
Fluent in written and spoken English.

Ability to swim.
-
Arm reach of at least 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.

Valid passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.

Legal right to live and work in Bulgaria without employer sponsorship (EU Passport or EU Residence Card only; other residence permits are not accepted).

Living or prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of the Sofia base.

No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.

Must not wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription stronger than +4 or weaker than -4.

Enthusiastic personality with a passion for working with people.
