Recruitment Day Information

• Candidates must review and meet all listed requirements, as compliance will be checked during the event.
• Arrive promptly on time; the process may extend until late afternoon.
• Bring an updated English CV with an ID photo.

Cabin Crew Responsibilities

• Focus on safety and customer care.
• Perform on-board and ground duties in compliance with company policies.
• Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
• Welcome and assist passengers during the flight.
• Act in accordance with company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, integrity.
• Contribute to a team of aviation enthusiasts.

Requirements

• A valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
• The right to work in Montenegro without employer sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• High school degree.
• The right to live and work in the country of application.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to swim.
• Reside or be prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base and commute to work as per the schedule.
• No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
• An enthusiastic personality with a passion for working with people.
• Note: Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
