About the Role

Recruitment Day Information

• Candidates must arrive precisely on time. The process may extend until late afternoon.
• An updated English CV with an ID photo is required.
• Applicants must apply for the event in their preferred base; applications for other bases may be rejected.
• All candidates will undergo pre-screening, with results communicated via email.
• Candidates are responsible for arranging their own travel to the event at their own expense. Wizz Air will not be liable for any travel-related costs, delays, or issues.

Responsibilities

• Focus on safety and customer care.
• Perform on-board and ground duties in accordance with company policies.
• Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
• Welcome and assist passengers during flights.

Requirements

• A valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
• The legal right to work in Bosnia and Herzegovina without employer sponsorship.
• Other residence permits (e.g., Work, Student) are not accepted.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• High school degree.
• The right to live and work in the country of application.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to swim.
• Must reside or be prepared to relocate within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base and be able to travel to work according to the schedule.
• No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
• An enthusiastic personality and a passion for working with people.
• Individuals with glasses or contact lenses where the prescription is above +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
