About the Role
The Cabin Crew Planner reports to the Cabin Crew Planning Manager and is responsible for managing crew rosters in an efficient, safe, and compliant manner. This role will drive system and process improvements within the department.
Responsibilities

Plan crew to enable the company to operate its commercial program.

Manage crew rosters efficiently, safely, and compliantly, driving system and process improvements.

Build crew schedules based on the commercial program and duty time limitations.

Optimize crew rosters to ensure high crew productivity while adhering to safety and compliance requirements.

Oversee available crew resources to ensure program coverage, operational resilience, and targeted crew utilization levels.

Cooperate with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders across the organization, including Cabin and Flight Operations, the Training Department, Human Resources, and Recruitment, to ensure proper staffing and qualification levels.

Manage roster fatigue and wellbeing for over 900 crew members.

Track, monitor, and modify cockpit and cabin crew rosters.

Lead process and system improvement initiatives, including oversight of the HP bidding and Roster Preferences module.

Cooperate with Training Department representatives and Crew Training Planning regarding rostering principles and training requirements.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including duty and flight time limitations and Fatigue Risk Management.
Qualifications
Experience
-
Minimum 1-3+ years of work experience.
-
A minimum of 1 year of experience in aviation or logistics is advantageous.
Hard Skills

Knowledge of AIMS Crew and Ops systems is advantageous.

Knowledge of Working Rules Limitations and Rest Requirements is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Language Skills
Fluent English (both written and spoken).
