Recruitment Day Information

Candidates must review and meet all listed requirements, as compliance will be checked during the event.
Punctual arrival is expected, and the process may extend until late afternoon.
An updated English CV with an ID photo is required.
Applications must be submitted for the preferred base; otherwise, they may be rejected.
All applicants will undergo pre-screening, with results communicated via email.
Candidates are responsible for arranging their own travel to the event at their own expense. The company is not liable for any travel-related costs, delays, or issues.

Responsibilities

Prioritize safety and customer care.
Perform on-board and ground duties in accordance with company policies.
Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
Welcome and assist passengers throughout the flight.
Uphold company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, integrity.
Contribute to a team of over 9,000 aviation enthusiasts.

Requirements

Possession of a valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
The legal right to work in Slovakia without employer sponsorship (e.g., EU/SK Residence Permit, EU Residence Card, EU Passport). Other residence permits (Work, Student) are not accepted.
Minimum age of 18 years.
An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
High school degree.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to swim.
Residency or readiness to relocate within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base, with preparedness to travel according to the work schedule.
No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
An enthusiastic personality with a strong inclination for working with people.
Note: Individuals wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
