Recruitment Day Information
- Candidates must review and meet all listed requirements, as compliance will be checked during the event.
- Punctual arrival is expected, and the process may extend until late afternoon.
- An updated English CV with an ID photo is required.
- Applications must be submitted for the preferred base; otherwise, they may be rejected.
- All applicants will undergo pre-screening, with results communicated via email.
- Candidates are responsible for arranging their own travel to the event at their own expense. The company is not liable for any travel-related costs, delays, or issues.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize safety and customer care.
- Perform on-board and ground duties in accordance with company policies.
- Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
- Welcome and assist passengers throughout the flight.
- Uphold company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, integrity.
- Contribute to a team of over 9,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Requirements
- Possession of a valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
- The legal right to work in Slovakia without employer sponsorship (e.g., EU/SK Residence Permit, EU Residence Card, EU Passport). Other residence permits (Work, Student) are not accepted.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- High school degree.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to swim.
- Residency or readiness to relocate within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base, with preparedness to travel according to the work schedule.
- No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
- An enthusiastic personality with a strong inclination for working with people.
- Note: Individuals wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
