Recruitment Day Information

• Candidates must meet all listed requirements, as compliance will be checked during the recruitment event.
• Punctuality is essential; arrival on time is required. The process may extend until late afternoon.
• An updated English CV with an ID photo is mandatory.
• Applications must be submitted for the preferred base; otherwise, they may be rejected.
• All applicants will undergo pre-screening, with results communicated via email.
• Candidates are responsible for arranging their own travel to the event at their own expense. Wizz Air is not liable for any travel-related costs, delays, or issues.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and customer care onboard.
• Perform all on-board and ground duties in accordance with company policies.
• Handle in-flight sales and cash transactions.
• Provide a welcoming experience for passengers and assist them during flights.
• Uphold company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
• Contribute to a team of over 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.

Requirements

• A valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
• The legal right to work in Montenegro without employer sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• High school degree.
• The legal right to live and work in the country of application.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to swim.
• Must live or be prepared to relocate within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base and be able to travel to work according to the schedule.
• No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
• An enthusiastic personality with a passion for working with people.
• Please note: Prescriptions above +4 or below -4 for glasses or contact lenses may prevent passing the mandatory medical examination.
