Recruitment Day Information

Candidates are encouraged to review the listed requirements, as compliance will be assessed during the recruitment event. Attendees should arrive punctually, and the process may extend until late afternoon. An updated English CV with an ID photo is required.

Attendance at this recruitment event is open to individuals applying for any Wizz Air Malta base. For other network bases, local recruitment events should be attended.

Responsibilities of a Wizz Air Flight Attendant

  • Prioritize safety and customer care.
  • Execute on-board and ground duties in adherence to company policies.
  • Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
  • Welcome and assist passengers throughout the flight.
  • Embody company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, integrity.
  • Become part of a large team of aviation enthusiasts.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • High school diploma.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • A valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity) and the legal right to work in the applying country.
  • Ability to swim.
  • Residence or willingness to relocate within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base, prepared for travel according to the work schedule.
  • No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
  • An enthusiastic personality with a preference for working with people.
  • Note: Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
