Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for this pivotal Cabin Crew role will demonstrate a strong commitment to service excellence and meet the following criteria:
- Possession of a valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining and no limitations.
- **Must hold the right to work in Bosnia and Herzegovina without requiring employer sponsorship.** (Please note: Other residence permits such as Work or Student visas are not accepted for this position.)
- A minimum age of 18 years.
- An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Completion of a high school degree.
- The right to live and work in the country of application (Bosnia and Herzegovina).
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to swim.
- Residency within 60 minutes of the chosen Tuzla base, or a readiness to relocate and commute according to the work schedule.
- No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- An enthusiastic personality with a passion for working with people.
- Candidates with a vision prescription above +4 or below -4 may find it challenging to pass the mandatory medical examination.
