Key Responsibilities of a Cabin Crew Member
The successful Cabin Crew Member will be responsible for upholding Wizz Air’s commitment to safety and customer service excellence. Duties include:
- Prioritizing passenger safety and comfort throughout all phases of flight.
- Executing on-board and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies and aviation regulations.
- Efficiently managing in-flight sales and cash transactions.
- Providing a warm welcome and comprehensive assistance to passengers during their journey.
- Consistently demonstrating the company's values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Contributing to a vibrant team of over 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants for the Cabin Crew position must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining and no limitations.
- Hold the unrestricted right to work in Bulgaria, demonstrated by an EU Passport or EU Residence Card.
- Note: Other residence permits such as Work or Student visas are not accepted for this role.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrate an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a high school degree or equivalent.
- Exhibit fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Be able to swim confidently.
- Reside or be willing to relocate within a 60-minute commuting distance of the chosen base, with the ability to travel for scheduled shifts.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the standard uniform.
- Possess an enthusiastic personality and a genuine enjoyment for working with people.
- Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses should be aware that a prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may preclude them from passing the mandatory medical examination.
