Responsibilities of a Wizz Air Flight Attendant

As a Flight Attendant with Wizz Air, successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional customer service, prioritizing safety and passenger care to create positive and memorable experiences.
• Effectively managing onboard sales, enhancing the purchasing environment and driving revenue generation.
• Playing a crucial role in the airline's buy-on-board business model, contributing significantly to company revenue and earning attractive crew commissions.
• Performing all onboard and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Welcoming passengers with a warm demeanor and providing assistance throughout the flight.

Essential Requirements for Applicants

Prospective candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Possession of a valid passport with no restrictions (minimum validity of 6 months).
• Legal authorization to work in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• A minimum age of 18 years.
• An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• The ability to swim.
• Residency within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base or willingness to relocate accordingly to accommodate work schedules.
• No visible tattoos or piercings on parts of the body that would be visible when wearing the uniform.
• A naturally enthusiastic personality with a passion for working with people.
• Prospective candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses should note that prescriptions exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may render them ineligible for the mandatory medical examination.
