- A valid passport with no limitations, valid for a minimum of six months.
- The legal right to work in Bulgaria without employer sponsorship. This includes holding an EU Passport or an EU Residence Card. Please note: other residence permits (e.g., Work, Student) are not accepted.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- An arm reach of 210 cm when standing on tiptoes.
- A high school degree or equivalent qualification.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in swimming.
- Residency within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base, or readiness to relocate, ensuring prompt arrival for scheduled duties.
- No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
- An enthusiastic personality with a passion for working with people.
- Prospective candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses should note that prescriptions above +4 or below -4 may prevent passing the mandatory medical examination.
