Recruitment Day Information

Responsibilities of a Flight Attendant
As a Flight Attendant with our airline, responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the highest standards of passenger safety and providing exceptional customer care.
- Executing all onboard and ground duties in strict accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Managing in-flight sales transactions and cash handling with accuracy and professionalism.
- Warmly welcoming passengers and providing assistance throughout their flight experience.
- Upholding company values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity in all interactions.
- Becoming part of a growing community of over 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Essential Requirements
- Possession of a valid passport with no restrictions (minimum validity of 6 months).
- Eligibility to work in Bulgaria without employer sponsorship, evidenced by an EU Passport or an EU Residence Card. Other residence permits, such as Work or Student permits, are not accepted.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- An arm reach of 210 cm when standing on tiptoes.
- Completion of a high school degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to swim.
- Residency within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base, or readiness to relocate, to accommodate work schedules.
- Absence of visible tattoos and/or piercings when wearing the uniform.
- A naturally enthusiastic and people-oriented disposition.
- Please be advised that individuals with eyeglasses or contact lenses having a prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
