The Role and Core Responsibilities

The Cabin Crew Member is responsible for upholding the highest standards of safety and customer care throughout all flight operations. This challenging and rewarding position requires dedication to passenger welfare and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:

• Prioritizing passenger safety and ensuring strict adherence to all aviation regulations and Company policies and procedures.
• Delivering exceptional customer service, warmly welcoming passengers, and assisting them throughout the flight journey.
• Managing on-board sales, accurately handling cash transactions, and ensuring inventory accountability.
• Executing pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight ground duties efficiently.

Candidate Requirements (Essential Qualifications)

Successful applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria to be considered for the Cabin Crew role:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possession of a valid passport with a minimum of six months validity, without limitations.
• Demonstrated fluency, both written and spoken, in the English language.
• Possession of a high school degree or equivalent educational qualification.
• The ability to achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• The legal right to live and work in Slovakia (specifically requiring SK/EU Permanent Residence Permit, EU Residence Card, or SK Long Term Residence Card. Work or student permits are strictly not accepted).
• Ability to swim confidently.
• A commitment to reside within 60 minutes of the designated Bratislava base and be prepared to commute according to the operational schedule.
• Absence of visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the standard airline uniform.
• A naturally enthusiastic and service-oriented approach to working with people.

Please note: Candidates whose contact lens or glasses prescription exceeds +4 or falls below -4 are advised that they may be unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination required for the role.
