Candidate Requirements (Essential Qualifications)

Successful applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria to be considered for the Cabin Crew role:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Possession of a valid passport with a minimum of six months validity, without limitations.
  • Demonstrated fluency, both written and spoken, in the English language.
  • Possession of a high school degree or equivalent educational qualification.
  • The ability to achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • The legal right to live and work in Slovakia (specifically requiring SK/EU Permanent Residence Permit, EU Residence Card, or SK Long Term Residence Card. Work or student permits are strictly not accepted).
  • Ability to swim confidently.
  • A commitment to reside within 60 minutes of the designated Bratislava base and be prepared to commute according to the operational schedule.
  • Absence of visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the standard airline uniform.
  • A naturally enthusiastic and service-oriented approach to working with people.

Please note: Candidates whose contact lens or glasses prescription exceeds +4 or falls below -4 are advised that they may be unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination required for the role.
