Working as a Cabin Crew member requires dedication to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The Flight Attendant’s duties include:

  • Efficiently managing in-flight sales operations, including accurate cash handling and documentation.

Candidate Requirements and Eligibility

The airline maintains strict compliance standards. Applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria, which will be verified during the recruitment process:

  • The candidate must be aged 18 years or over.
  • A minimum arm reach of 210 cm is required while standing on tiptoes.
  • Attainment of a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification is necessary.
  • Fluency, both written and spoken, in the English language is mandatory.
  • Possession of a valid passport (with a minimum validity of 6 months) without limitations, alongside the legal right to work in the country of application (Moldova).
  • The candidate must demonstrate the ability to swim.
  • The applicant must reside, or be prepared to relocate, within 60 minutes of the designated Chisinau base to ensure timely arrival for work schedules.
  • Tattoos and/or piercings must not be visible when wearing the standard issued uniform.
  • The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, people-oriented, and demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Medical Note: Applicants wearing glasses or contact lenses should be advised that if their prescription exceeds +4 or is below -4, they are unlikely to pass the mandatory aviation medical examination.
