The Role: Key Responsibilities

The Cabin Crew member is a vital representative of the airline, responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers. Key duties include:

• Maintaining stringent focus on both aviation safety protocols and outstanding customer care standards.
• Performing all assigned ground and on-board duties in strict compliance with the Company's established policies and regulatory requirements.
• Efficiently managing in-flight sales, inventory control, and cash handling procedures.
• Welcoming passengers with professionalism and a positive attitude, assisting them throughout the duration of the flight.
• Consistently acting in accordance with the corporate values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.

Candidate Requirements

Prospective candidates must meet the following mandatory prerequisites:

• The candidate must be aged 18 years or over.
• A minimum arm reach of 210 cm is required, measured while standing on tiptoes.
• Possession of a high school degree (Baccalaureate Degree) is mandatory.
• Fluency, both written and spoken, in the English language is essential.
• The applicant must hold a valid, unlimited passport (minimum validity of 6 months) and possess the legal right to work in the country where the chosen base is located.
• Demonstrated ability to swim.
• The candidate must reside, or be prepared to relocate, within 60 minutes of their selected base, and must be able to make this journey reliably based on the work schedule.
• Tattoos and/or piercings must not be visible on any part of the body when the uniform is worn.
• The candidate must demonstrate an enthusiastic personality suited for collaborative work and customer interaction.

Please Note: If the candidate requires prescription eyewear (glasses or contact lenses) and the prescription strength is outside the range of +4 or below -4, successful completion of the mandatory medical examination is unlikely.
