The Role: Cabin Crew Responsibilities
The Cabin Crew professional is primarily responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety and security while ensuring exceptional passenger comfort and satisfaction. Personnel are expected to perform all duties on board and on the ground in strict accordance with the Company’s established policies and values, which include dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity. Key responsibilities for this aviation role include:
- Focusing diligently on both regulatory safety requirements and superior customer care protocols.
- Executing mandatory onboard and ground duties necessary for flight compliance.
- Managing in-flight sales activities, including accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Greeting and welcoming passengers with professionalism and assisting them throughout the duration of the flight.
- Contributing positively to a dynamic team of over 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Candidate Requirements
Wizz Air seeks dedicated individuals who meet the following strict criteria:
- Candidates must be aged 18 or over.
- Possession of the legal right to work in Bosnia and Herzegovina is mandatory, without the need for employer sponsorship.
- A valid passport with a minimum validity of six months is required.
- A minimum educational qualification of a high school degree is necessary.
- Fluency, both written and spoken, in the English language is essential.
- The ability to swim is required.
- A physical standard requires an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Candidates must be prepared to live or relocate within a 60-minute commuting distance of the chosen base (Tuzla) and must be ready to make this journey upon work schedule.
- A highly professional appearance must be maintained; visible tattoos and/or piercings on parts of the body exposed when wearing the company uniform are strictly prohibited.
- Applicants must possess an enthusiastic disposition and demonstrate a passion for working effectively with people.
- Note on Medical Fitness: Applicants wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory aviation medical examination.
