The Role of the Cabin Crew Member
The Flight Attendant holds a crucial position, responsible for ensuring the comfort and safety of all passengers while upholding the highest standards of operational excellence. The professional duties and responsibilities include:
- Focusing meticulously on both aviation safety protocols and exceptional customer care standards.
- Performing all onboard and ground duties strictly in compliance with all official Company policies and regulations.
- Managing in-flight sales, merchandising, and accurate cash handling procedures.
- Welcoming passengers warmly and providing continuous assistance and support throughout the duration of the flight.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements
Prospective applicants for the Cabin Crew position must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to demonstrate an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Possession of a high school degree (minimum educational requirement).
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Must possess a valid passport without limitations (minimum validity of six months) and the legal right to work in the country applied for (Moldova).
- The ability to swim is required.
- Must either reside, or be prepared to relocate, within 60 minutes of the chosen base (Chisinau) and be able to commute this distance according to the work schedule.
- No tattoos and/or piercings must be visible when wearing the standard cabin crew uniform.
- Candidates must be enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a customer-facing, collaborative work environment.
- Medical Note: Candidates whose glasses or contact lens prescription exceeds +4 or falls below -4 are unlikely to satisfy the requirements of the mandatory aviation medical examination.
