Candidate Requirements
Compliance with the following mandatory criteria will be thoroughly verified during the recruitment process:
- The candidate must be aged 18 years or older.
- Possession of an arm reach measuring 210 cm while standing on tiptoes is required.
- A minimum educational qualification of a High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- The candidate must demonstrate fluency—both written and spoken—in the English language.
- A valid, unrestricted passport (minimum validity of 6 months) and the legal right to work in the country of application (Moldova) are essential.
- The candidate must possess the ability to swim confidently.
- The successful candidate must currently reside or be prepared to relocate within a 60-minute commuting distance of the chosen Chisinau base, remaining ready to make this commute according to the work schedule.
- No tattoos and/or piercings are permitted on parts of the body that are visible when wearing the standard service uniform.
- The candidate must exhibit an enthusiastic, proactive demeanor and possess a genuine affinity for working collaboratively with people.
- Note on Medical Suitability: If the candidate utilizes corrective lenses (glasses or contact lenses) and the prescription exceeds +4 or falls below -4, successful completion of the mandatory medical examination is improbable.
